These rights are for submissives, not slaves, as all this should be covered in the slaves contract prior to signing. However, gross misuse of any of these can be considered abuse and can be punishable by law.Every submissive has a right to have their body, intellect, and emotions, protected by his Dom.Every submissive has a right to choose whom they serve and to discontinue that service and take his leave without being subjected to physical, mental, or emotional abuse.Every submissive has the right to be cared for, disciplined appropriately, and allowed to feel pride in their submission.Every submissive has a right to protected sex. This it’s a choice be sure you know what you want before questioned.Every submissive has a right to privacy. No submissive can be blackmailed, publicly humiliated, or coerced into service without their expressed desire.Every submissive has a right to defend themselves against physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.Every submissive has a right to consent or not consent to activities. This should be done in the negotiations to avoid complications.Every submissive has a right to seek refuge, counsel, and advice from other submissives and Doms without expectation of sex, money, or any other forms of service.Every submissive has a right to a physically and emotionally available circle of friends.Every submissive has a right to protect their own possessions and finances against intercession, theft, and non-consensual acquisition.
